Refund policy
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on perishable food items, however, if your goods are damaged in transit, or you have purchased in error, you may be entitled to receive a refund.
Refund Request
To request a refund, please email us at ohmygoodieskent@hotmail.com Can this be done as soon as possible on receipt of your order, providing a reason for your refund request, your order number, full name, and post code so that we can locate your order.
Furthermore, refunds will only be considered if the goods are returned to us unopened and in the same condition that they were received.
Damaged items
If your item is damaged, we also ask that you attach clear photos of the damage in the following formats. This information is required by our carrier so that they can process the refund:
Photo(s) showing damage to the outside packaging with the delivery clearly label shown (the delivery bag).
Photo(s) of damage to the inner food contents (brownies / blondies etc).
Do not discard your goods until we have confirmed the photos are sufficiently detailed as we may request further images.
Refund Timing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note this may take an additional 5-7 working days for your bank or card company to process and apply the refund.
